The authors question that the result of Brovar et al. [ ibid. 74, No. 11-12, 767--772 (2000; Zbl 1037.86004)] is new as stated in their summary. In the reply Kopeikina and Pavlova (Brovar died in 1999) give some explanations for their different view on this matter.
