It was proved by \textit{R. C. McLean} [Commun. Anal. Geom. 6, No. 4, 705--747 (1998; Zbl 0929.53027)] that every infinitesimal deformation of a compact special Lagrangian submanifold is ``integrable'' and therefore the set of special Lagrangian immersions of a compact manifold admits a natural smooth structure. The dimension of this space depends only on the topology of the submanifold. In the present paper the analogous problem is studied for asymptotically conical non-compact special Lagrangian submanifolds. It is established that infinitesimal deformations give rise to actual deformations which preserve the property to be asymptotically conical. As in the compact case the moduli space of such immersions admits a natural smooth structure although the dimension of this space depends both on the topology of the submanifold and its analytical properties.
