The author introduces a kind of semi-precompactness axiom, a stronger form of Lowen's strong fuzzy compactness axiom for L=[0,1], see [\textit{R. Lowen}, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 64, 446--454 (1978; Zbl 0381.54004)], in \(L\)-topological spaces for \(L\) a Hutton algebra; he also investigates some properties of such \(L\)-topological spaces.
