This paper is concerned with a differential system which describes a reaction-diffusion predator-prey model with stage structure and nonlocal delay. The main result of the paper is that the existence of a traveling wave solution of the considered system is reduced to the existence of a pair of upper and lower solutions of this system. The result is proved by means of Schaunder's fixed point theorem and the cross iteration method. Some numerical simulations are given at the end of the paper to illustrate the theoretical results. The paper is motivated mainly by the papers of \textit{S. A. Gourley} and \textit{Y. Kuang} [Proc. R. Soc. Lond., Ser. A, Math. Phys. Eng. Sci. 459, No.~2034, 1563--1579 (2003; Zbl 1047.92037)] and \textit{R. Xu} and \textit{Z. Ma} [Appl. Math. Comput. 189, No.~2, 1164--1177 (2007; Zbl 1117.92058)].
