    For a system of three logistic-type differential equations describing the dynamics of a predator, prey and a super predator under proportional harvesting of all species, conditions for global stability are derived by using Lyapunov's direct method. Existence of a bio-economic equilibrium and optimal harvesting policy under imprecise inflation in a fuzzy environment are also studied. A numerical example is considered in the final part of the paper.
