This paper studies the semilinear reaction-diffusion equation with Dirichlet boundary conditions on a bounded smooth domain, and with time-dependent external forcing. An arbitrary polynomial order of growth of the nonlinear term is allowed. The existence of unique minimal pullback attractor for the dynamical system generated by the equation is proved, under a weaker condition on the growth of the forcing terms than in previous works. The Kuratowski measure of noncompactness is employed to achieve this.
