Let \(X\) be a complete metric space, and \((T_n:X\to CL(X); n\geq 0)\) be a sequence of \(\lambda\)-generalized contractions (where \(0< \lambda< 1\)). If \((T_n; n\geq 1)\) converges to \(T_0\), uniformly on \(X\), then \(D(F(T_n),F(T_0))\to 0\) as \(n\to \infty\).
