The authors study certain complete Kähler metrics of finite volume on a quasiprojective manifold \(X\), which is the complement of a divisor \(\overline{D}\) with normal crossings in a smooth projective manifold \( \overline{X}\). The authors ``describe full asymptotic behaviour'' of these metrics at infinity. The authors construct a compactification \( \widehat{X}\) of \(X\) by a manifold with boundary or more generally by a manifold with corners. The logarithmic compactification \( \widetilde{X}\) of \(X\) is obtained by enlarging the ring of smooth function of \( \widehat{X}\). The authors prove that if \(g_{\omega}\) is an asymptotically tame polyfibred cusp metric on \(X\) and \( \widetilde{\omega}_t=\omega_t+i{\partial}{\bar{\partial}} u(t,.)\) with \(\omega_t=-Ric(\omega)+e^{-t}(\omega+Ric(\omega)) \) is a solution of the normalized Ricci flow for \(t\in[0,T) \) with \[ \frac{{\partial} u}{{\partial} t}=\log(\frac{(\omega_t+i\partial\bar{\partial} u)^n}{\omega_0^n})-u, u(0,.)=0, \] then \(g_{ \widetilde{\omega_t}}\) is an asymptotically tame polyfibred cusp metric and \(u(t,.)\in C_{fc}^{\infty}(\widetilde{X})\) where \(C_{fc}^{\infty}(\widetilde{X})=C^{\infty}(\widetilde{X})\cap C^{\infty}_{fc}(X)\) and \(C^{\infty}_{fc}(X)\) is a ring of bounded smooth functions having their covariant derivatives bounded on \(X\). The authors also describe the case where the divisor \(\overline{D}\) is smooth and \(K_{ \overline{X}}+[\overline{D}]>0\) and \(u\) is the solution of the Monge-Ampere equation associated with the Kähler-Einstein metric \(g_{KE}\) on \(X\) bi-Lipshitz to \(g_{\omega}\), where \(g_{\omega}\) is a Kähler metric associated with the line bundle \(L= K_{ \overline{X}}+[\overline{D}]\) and the divisor \(\overline{D}\), so that \(\omega_{KE}=\omega+\partial\bar{\partial} u\) is the Kähler form of \(g_{KE}\). They prove that then there exists an index set \(E\subset [0,\infty)\times \mathbb N_0\) such that \(u\) has an asymptotic expansion at the boundary \({\partial} \widetilde{X}\) \(u\sim \sum_{(z,k)\in E}\widetilde{{\partial}hi}^*(a_{z,k})x^z(\log x)^k\) where \(a_{z,k}\in C^{\infty}(\overline{D})\), \(x=-\frac1{\log{\rightarrow}ho}\) where \({\rightarrow}ho\) is the boundary defining function for \({\partial}\widehat{X}\) and \({\partial}hi:{\partial} \widetilde{X}{\rightarrow} \overline{D}\).
