The authors consider an initial value problem for first-order differential inclusions with nonlocal conditions \[ \begin{aligned} &y'(t)\in F(t,y(t)) \quad \text{a.e }t\in J:=[0,b],\\ & y(0)+g(y)=y_0, \end{aligned} \] where \(F: J\times\mathbb R^n\to{\mathcal P}(\mathbb R^n)\) is a multivalued map, \(g: C(J,\mathbb R^n)\to \mathbb R^n\) is a given function and \(y_0\in \mathbb R^n.\) Existence results are proved, in both the convex and the non-convex case, where \(F\) is a Carathéodory multifunction and satisfies a Nagumo-type growth condition or \(F\) satisfies a Lipschitz condition. Also, topological structures of solutions sets like \(R_{\delta}\), \(R_\delta\)-contractibility and acyclicity are investigated. Finally, existence and the topological structure of the solution set for viable solutions are studied.
