The author proposes some techniques to obtain expressions for the thermoelastic potentials of the influence functions and for Green's type integral formulas. The results can be useful in construction and verification of analitical and numerical methods for the solution of the boundary value problem in thermoelasticity. In particular, these results play important roles in thermoelastic half-space. In opinion of the author, the present technique opens possibilities for deriving new thermoelastic influence functions and new Green's type integral formulas for canonical Cartesian domains, such as: half or quarter plane and space, a layer, a half or quarter layer and so on. Also, the equations and general formulas for the determination of influence functions and new Green's type integral formula are valid for thermoelasticity and for models of other physical phenomena, such as electro-elasticity, magneto-elasticity and elasticity of porous media.
