Let \[ f(x)=\sum_{n=1}^\infty a_n\sin nx, \] where \(a_1>0\) and \(a_n\) tend monotonically to zero. Let \(M\) denote the zero set of \(f\) and \(\mu_L, L\subset [0,\pi],\) denote the measure of the set \(M\cap L\). The author proves that \(\mu_{[0,\pi]}\leq \pi/3.\) Moreover, if \(\mu_{[0,\pi]}= \pi/3 -2\epsilon\) for some \(\epsilon\geq0\), then \( \mu_{[2\pi/3,\pi]}\geq \pi/3 -7\epsilon.\)
