We develop a quantum algorithm for regularized Wasserstein proximal operators using Schrödingerization, achieving linear scaling in spatial dimension and grid size, with exponential speedup over classical methods. Our quantum algorithm prepares an approximation of the terminal density state with O(d Nx T log^2(1/ε)) query complexity.
