This paper is concerned with the global strong solution to three-dimensional liquid crystal flows, governed by an incompressible Navier-Stokes equation coupled with a parabolic type equation of Q-tensors. The main strategy is to use maximal regularities of Stokes and parabolic operators in Besov spaces to obtain \(L^p\) (\(L^q\))-type estimates, instead of the \(L^2\) estimates. The local existence of a strong solution and its extention to a global one, along with the weak-strong uniqueness are established.
