The paper classifies weak Bruhat interval modules of \(0\)-Hecke algebras for arbitrary Coxeter groups. For a Coxeter system \((W,S)\) and a left weak Bruhat interval \([u,v]_L\), let \(B(u,v)\) denote the associated \(H_W(0)\)-module. A poset isomorphism between two such intervals is called descent-preserving if it preserves the left descent set of every element.\N\NA first main result characterizes descent-preserving isomorphism: the intervals \([u,v]_L\) and \([u',v']_L\) are descent-preserving isomorphic if and only if \(vu^{-1}=v'u'^{-1}\) and \(\operatorname{Des}_L(x)=\operatorname{Des}_L(xu^{-1}u')\) for every \(x\in [u,v]_L\). The main classification result proves that these conditions are also equivalent to \(B(u,v)\cong B(u',v')\); equivalently, the linear map induced by \(x\mapsto xu^{-1}u'\) is an \(H_W(0)\)-module isomorphism. In type \(A\), this confirms the conjecture posed by \textit{Y.-H. Kim} et al. in [Forum Math. Sigma 12, Paper No. e110, 40 p. (2024; Zbl 1553.20011)].\N\NFor finite \(W\), the paper further studies the descent-preserving equivalence classes of left weak Bruhat intervals. If \(\mathcal C\) is such an equivalence class and \(\min(\mathcal C)\) and \(\max(\mathcal C)\) denote, respectively, the sets of minimum and maximum elements of the intervals belonging to \(\mathcal C\), then both sets are intervals under the right weak Bruhat order.
