The author continues his investigation of vector bundles with no `inner cohomology' on quadrics. If \(Q_n\) is the \(n\)-dimensional quadric in projective space and \(E\) is a vector bundle on \(Q_n\), then it has no inner cohomology means \(H^i(E(*))=0\) for \(1<i<n-1\). In an earlier paper [Adv. Geom. 9, No. 1, 137--152 (2009; Zbl 1158.14022)], the author has classified these for vector bundles of rank 2. In this paper the author classifies them for rank three vector bundles. The main tool used is that such bundles appear as monads.
