By departing from the set of all unordered partitions of any integer \(N\), for each given partition one may introduce the scaled Young diagram. When a partiton is chosen randomly, according to a suitable probability measure, one may ask for such scaling that the random (step-wise, Young) curve converges as \(N\) goes to infnity. Such a limiting curve, if in existence, is called the limit shape of a random diagram. The present paper strongly relies on earlier results due to A. Vershik et al [(1997)-(2006)] and \textit{J. Pitman}'s monograph ``Combinatorial stochastic processes'' [Lecture Notes in Mathematics 1875. Berlin: Springer (2006; Zbl 1103.60004)] combinatorial stochastic processes. Limit shapes are found for a family of multiplicative measures on the set of partitions that are induced by exponential generating functions with expansive parameters. A class of measures is employed that is closely connected with generalized Maxwell-Boltzmann models in statistical mechanics, reversible coagulation-fragmentation processes and special combinatorial structures (assemblies). A sketch of the history of limit shape studies is provided, together with a comparison of Maxwellian-type limit theorem against those studied by A. Vershik, in reference to generalized Bose-Einstein and Fermi-Dirac cases. The major tool employed for an analysis of asymptotic problems is the probabilistic method due to \textit{A. Ya. Khintchine} [Tr. Mat. Inst. Steklova 33, 56 p. (1950; Zbl 0054.08001)].
