    The authors study the theory of bases of \((e^{i \lambda_n t})_{n=0}^{\infty}\) in the space \(L_{\omega}^p (-\pi,\pi)\) with a weight (\(1<p< \infty\)). A weight \(\omega\) on \(\mathbb{R}\) is called \(A_p\)-weight if \[ \sup_I \left( \frac1{|I|} \int_I \omega(t) dt \right) \left( \frac1{|I|} \int_I [\omega(t)]^{-1/(p-1)} dt \right)^{p-1} < \infty, \] where the supremum is taken over all segments \(I\). One of the results presented by the authors reads as follows. Let \(\omega\) be a \(2\pi\)-periodic \(A_p\)-weight that has a singularity of order \(\mu \in (-1,p-1)\) at the point \(\pi\). Then each of the systems \(\exp[i(n+ih\; \text{sign}\; n)t]\), \(\exp[i(n+(ih-1/2)\; \text{sign}\; n)t]\) (\(n \in \mathbb{Z}\backslash \{0\}\)) for \(0 \neq h \in \mathbb{R}\) forms a basis in \(L_{\omega}^p\).
