The present paper is focused on the mathematical model describing of the blood motion in large elastic blood vessels and in an artificial heart valve as a three-dimensional unsteady flow of a viscous incompressible fluid with variable density and viscosity and the method of its numerical solution. The results of performance simulation are presented for the tricuspid valve of perfect form and the biological prosthesis ``Uniline''.
