A Clifford-Wolf translation of a metric space \((M,d)\) is an isometry \(p\) of \((M,d)\) onto itself, such that \[ d(x,p(x))=\text{const.}, \;x\in M. \] In certain special Finsler spaces, namely in homogeneous Randers spaces, the authors find explicit necessary and sufficient conditions for a Killing vector field of constant length, such that the local \(1\)-parameter group of the isometries generated by the Killing vector field consists of Clifford-Wolf translations. Finally, explicit examples are provided.
