      In this article are studied the free boundaries of the subsolutions of fully nonlinear equations of the type \[ F(D^2u, x)\geq f(x)\quad \mathrm{in }\;\{u>0\}, \] where \(f\in L^q\), \(q>N\), and \(\mu\) is a Radon measure with a growth condition. In the case when \(F\) is elliptic and satisfies a \(q\)-growth condition, \(0\leq u\in {\mathcal C}^{0, 1}(\overline{B}_1)\) and there exists a constant \(C_1>0\) such that \(0\in \partial\{u>0\}\cap B_1\), \(u(x)\geq C_1 d(x, \partial\{u>0\}\cap B_1)\) for \(x\in \{u>0\}\cap B_{\frac{1}{2}}\), and \(d(x, \partial\{u>0\}\cap B_1)\leq \mu_0\), the authors prove a Hausdorff measure estimate \({\mathcal H}^{N-1}\left(\left(\partial\{u>0\}\cap B_1\right)\cap B_r(x_0)\right)\leq Cr^{N-1}\) for \(x_0\in \left(\partial\{u>0\}\cap B_1\right)\cap B_{\frac{1}{8}}\), \(r\leq r_0^*=\frac{r_0}{2}\leq \frac{\mu_0}{2}\), where the constants \(C\) and \(r_0\) are appropriately chosen. The authors also extend their result to quasilinear equations of the type \(\mathrm{div}A(x, \nabla u)+B(x, \nabla u)\geq \mu\) in \(\{u>\tau\}\).
