This paper studies the integration of coupling Dirac structures. Let us recall that a Dirac structure on a manifold \(M\) is a foliation of \(M\) by presymplectic leaves. To each Dirac structure is naturally associated a Lie algebroid. Not all Lie algebroids can be integrated to Lie groupoids. In this work, the authors concentrate on coupling Dirac structures, that is those defined on the total space of a fibration. The associated gauge theory is investigated and the obstructions to integrability are obtained.
