This paper studies the behaviour near \(0\) of \(C^2\) positive solutions \(u(x)\), \(v(x)\) of the nonlocal system \[ \begin{cases} 0\leq -\Delta u\leq \Biggl({1\over|x|^\alpha}*v\Biggr)^\lambda,\\ 0\leq-\Delta v\leq\Biggl({1\over|x|^\beta}* u\Biggr)^\sigma,\end{cases}\tag{1} \] in \(B_2(0)\setminus\{0\}\subset\mathbb R^n\), \(n\geq 3\), where \(\lambda\sigma\geq 0\) and \(\alpha\), \(\beta\in (0,n)\). Because of the lack of space, we omit the results concerning a \(2\times 2\) system (1.6) of integral inequalities with nonnegative solutions considered here. The authors motivate the investigation of (1), (1.6) with the Choquard-Pekar equation, the model of an electron trapped in its own hole and the model of self-gravitating matter (Schrödinger-Newton equation). The list of the main results contain 11 theorems and one corollary. We shall formulate only the following theorem. Theorem 1.1. Suppose that \(\alpha\in (0,\pi)\), \(\beta\in(0,2]\), \(\lambda,\sigma\geq 0\) and \(u,v\in C^2(\mathbb R^n\setminus\{0\})\cap L^1\) are positive solutions of (1). Then, as \(x\to 0\), \[ u(x)= \begin{cases} 0(| x|^{-(n-2)})\quad &\text{if }n\geq \lambda\;(\alpha-2),\\ 0(| x|^{-{\lambda(\alpha-2)(n-2)\over n}})\quad &\text{if }n<\lambda\;(\alpha- 2),\end{cases}\tag{2} \] and \[ v(x)= 0(| x|^{-(n-2)}\text{ as }x\to 0. \] The estimates (2), (3) are optimal. The tools used in the paper are the following: an integral representation formula due to Brezis and Lions, pointwise estimates for nonlinear potentials of Havin-Maz'ya type and various integral estimates.
