A finite step procedure of reconstruction of the compactly supported potential of the discrete Schrödinger operator on the lattice \(\mathbb{Z}^{d}\), \(d\geq 2\), from the scattering matrix \(S(\lambda)\) at a fixed energy \(\lambda\) is given. More precisely, an explicit formula relating the \(S\)-matrix and the Dirichlet to Neumann map in a bounded domain is provided. Then, the potential is reconstructed from the D-N map.
