The authors prove (Theorem 1.1) that the set \(A_n(H)\) of polynomials \(f\in Z[X]\) of degree \(n\) and height below \(H\) having at most two zeros of maximal modulus has density one, i.e., \[ \lim_{H\to\infty}{|A_n(H)|\over2H(2H+1)^n}=1, \] and show (Theorem 1.2) that the set of \(f\in Z[X]\) with \(\deg f=n\) and height \(\leq H\) which have \(2s\) non-real zeros and \(n-2s\) real zeros has a positive lower density.
