The authors extend the result of \textit{F. Planchon} and \textit{L. Vega} [Ann. Sci. Éc. Norm. Supér. (4) 42, No. 2, 261--290 (2009; Zbl 1192.35166)] in two directions, the range of nonlinearities and the class of obstacles under consideration. First the authors extend global existence result for all non-trapping obstacles and the nonlinearities with power \(p > 4\). For such nonlinearities, they also prove scattering for a class of so-called almost star-shaped obstacles.
