Semimodularity of the congruence lattice on regular \(\omega\)-semigroups (Q749680)

In this paper a characterization of the regular \(\omega\)-semigroups whose congruence lattice is semimodular is given. Notice that the authors use as \textit{H. E. Scheiblich} [Proc. Edinb. Math. Soc., II. Ser. 17, 79-81 (1970; Zbl 0203.318)] the definition of semimodularity that other authors call double covering property. The characterization here obtained generalizes the one given by Scheiblich in the quoted paper.
