The present paper deals with Linnik's class \({\mathfrak L}\) distributions which are special compound Poisson distributions. The author gives bounds for the quantity of stability of these measures in the sense of \textit{V. M. Zolotarev} [Teor. Veroyatn. Primen. 13, 738-742 (1968), Engl. transl. in Theor. Probab. Appl. 13 (1968), 679-700 (1969; Zbl 0176.491)]. These results continue earlier considerations of the author which were obtained for Poisson distributions.
