The notion of almost M-projective module was defined in a paper by \textit{M. Harada} and \textit{A. Tozaki} [J. Algebra 122, 447-474 (1989; Zbl 0692.16016)]. This notion extends the notion of M-projective module. It is well-known that if a module \(M_ 0\) is \(M_ i\)-projective for a finite family of modules \(M_ i\), then, \(M_ 0\) is also \(\oplus M_ i\)- projective. This property does not hold however for almost relative projectives. The case when nevertheless the property above is valid was investigated \textit{M. Harada} and \textit{T. Mabuchi} [Osaka J. Math. 26, 837-848 (1989; Zbl 0701.16002)] for \(M_ 0\) a local R-module, \(M_ i\) LE modules (this means that \(End_ R(M_ i)\) are all local rings), and R a semiperfect ring. The aim of the paper under review is to study the property described above for R a perfect ring and \(M_ 0\) an arbitrary R-module.
