The classical two-dimensional problem of X-ray tomography is one of reconstructing a density function from its integrals calculated along all possible straight lines. In this paper the authors propose algorithms for reconstructive computer tomography that are based on the principles of the Tikhonov regularization and more general iterative regularization. An effective combination of linear iterative reconstruction algorithms and pseudoiteration algorithms is suggested which solves the problem by using prior data about the desired function.
