A three-dimensional problem of extension, compression, and torsion of an elastic bar of length L is considered. The radius \(\epsilon\) of the cross-section of the bar, consisting of a number of rings made of different materials, is very small \((\epsilon \ll L)\). An asymptotic solution of the problem is found.
