The present paper deals with a minimal convex usco map, which is a set- valued upper semicontinuous map F with convex compact nonempty values and such that there is no other convex valued usco map whose graph is strictly contained in the graph of F. By a Namioka type theorem the authors mean any result stating that, under some assumptions about X, Y and a given family \({\mathcal F}\) of maps from X into Y, for every map \(F\in {\mathcal F}\) the set \(C_ 0(F)=\{x\in X:\) F(x) is a singleton, F is usc at \(x\}\) is dense in X. It is shown here that a multivalued Namioka type theorem holds for a minimal convex usco map iff it holds for a minimal usco map. From this fact an analogue of the Namioka type result of \textit{Cristensen} and \textit{Kenderov} for minimal convex usco maps is obtained. The same convex analog of Christensen and Kenderov can be derived from the next result, which states that maximal monotone maps with open domain are minimal convex \(w^*\)-usco. It means maps F: \(D\to X\) are considered, where X is a real Banach space, D an open subset, \(X^*\) its dual and \(w^*\) the topology on \(X^*\). The last result shows that a map F is minimal convex usco iff all its compositions \(y^*F\) with continuous linear functionals are minimal convex usco. According to the authors' proposal the majority of the given results can be found in \textit{L. Jokl} [Commentat. Math. Univ. Carol. 28, No.2, 353-376 (1987; Zbl 0642.46015)].
