At the investigation of several completely integrable Hamiltonian dynamical systems one has detected important algebraic and geometric structures, unifying them in a natural manner. In this respect, of special interest are the finite-dimensional dynamical systems of oscillatory type, generalizing the classical Hamiltonian system of Neumann, equivalent to the equations for the geodesic flow on a multidimensional ellipsoid. Moreover, in all the above-mentioned cases the geometric structure of the dynamical systems appears in the form of the algebrogeometric description of special associated algebraic curves and of their Jacobi manifolds. On the other hand, algebraic curves arise in an implicit form also at the investigaion on the basis of the Lax representation of a large set of Hamiltonian flows, linearizing on the Jacobi manifolds the corresponding spectral problems. In this paper we consider aspects of the algebrogeometric structures arising at the investigation of the integrability of dynamical systems of the Neumann- Rosochatius type, giving Hamiltonian flows on the N-dimensional sphere \(S^ N\), \({\mathbb{Z}}_+\ni N<\infty\).
