Several known Runge-Kutta pairs of order 5(4) are equipped with new dense output formulas of order 4 and 5. Whereas the formulas of order 4 are free, those of order 5 need two additional function evaluations per step. The good performance of the dense output formulas is illustrated at some examples taken from the DETEST set.
