Stress distribution in rotating aeolotropic laminated heterogeneous disc under action of a time-dependent loading (Q759531)

The problem of stress distribution in rotating aeolotropic laminated heterogeneous disc under action of a time-dependent loading is studied. A closed type solution in terms of modified Bessel and Lommel functions is obtained. The general procedure presented herein is valid for symmetrically laminated discs as well as for discs composed of materials with proportional properties. Numerous examples are shown indicating the effect of layers heterogeneity and layers thickness on the stress distribution.
