In this paper the investigations on spherical space forms are continued. Various relations between the coefficients of the Poisson's summation formula from Part I [ibid. (to appear, see the preview Zbl 0547.58040)] and geometrical data of certain submanifolds are examined. The results yield an explicit relation between the leading coefficients of the Poisson formula and the Poincaré map of suitable closed geodesics of M. Then explicit formulas for the spectra of spherical space forms are assigned by means of the Poisson formula. It appears that spec(M) is determined by a finite part of it. Another result shows a relation between the \((m+1)^ 2\)-nd eigenvalue \(\mu\) and the homogenity of a spherical space form M of dimension \(2m+1\), \(m\geq 2\). Strictly speaking, the spherical space form M is a homogeneous lens space if and only if \(\mu =4(m+1)\). Furthermore, the spectra of the three lens spaces L(13:1,2,4,8), L(13:1,2,4,16) and L(13:1,2,8,16) which are isospectral but not isometric are explicitly calculated. These examples were found by \textit{A. Ikeda} [Ann. Sci. Éc. Norm. Supér., IV. Sér. 13, 303-315 (1980; Zbl 0451.58037)] by other methods.
