A method is proposed for trasforming any PLA into a checkable PLA and constructing a complete test for the resulting PLA, i.e., a test which checks all single appearance and disappearance faults and all multiple faults consisting of combinations of such single faults. Combinational PLA and a variety of PLA with memory are considered.
