This paper is the continuation of authors' Part I [ibid. 11, 185-193 (1983; Zbl 0526.04001)]. This second part contains necessary and sufficient conditions that \(R_ 1\cup R_ 2\), \(R_ 1\cap R_ 2\) and \(R_ 1\circ R_ 2\) are similarity relations when \(R_ 1\) and \(R_ 2\) are similarity relations. The notion of ''co-herence'' of two relations is defined and its relevance in the context of similitudes is investigated.
