The magnetogasdynamical equations in cylindrical symmetry for a strong shock due to a discontinuity surface moving, in uniform medium of infinite electrical conductivity, according to an exponential law \(r\propto \exp (mt)\), \(m>0\), are solved numerically. The results for a velocity of a perfect isothermal gas behind the shock, as well as the density, pressure and the magnetic field are presented in graphical form.
