Due to G. M. Polozhij, for p-analytic functions \(u_ k+iv_ k\) with characteristic \(p=x^ k\), \(k=const>0\), there exists an integral representation by means of functions that are analytic in some domain D of the half-plane \(x>0\) (containing a part l of the imaginary axis in its boundary), possess vanishing imaginary part on l and are symmetrically continued to the corresponding domain \(D^*\) of the half-plane \(x<0\). Here, the integral is taken along some contour L in \(D+l+D^*\), joining the points \(\zeta =-x+iy\) and \(z=x+iy.\) That representation is modified in order to include the analytic case as limit for \(k\to +0\). The author's aim is to develop an analogous formula, for both positive and negative values of k, in terms of integrals over the contour L. For this purpose, particular solutions of a system of two special Euler-Poisson-Darboux equations (obtained from the defining system for p-analytic functions by differentiation and by introducing the variables \(\zeta\) and z) are used. Besides, for the formulas thus obtained, inversion formulas are derived.
