Very often time evolution of physical systems is given by a two parameter family T(t,s)) of linear operators acting in some Banach space V and performing the following conditions: Let \(\Delta =\{(t,s):(t,s)\in {\mathbb{R}}^ 1\times {\mathbb{R}}^ 1\) and \(s<t\}.\) 1\(\circ\). If (t,s) and (s,r) belong to \(\Delta\) then \(T(t,s)\cdot T(s,r)=T(t,r).\) 2\(\circ\). If ((t,s),f)\(\in \Delta \times V\) then \(T(t,t)f=f\) and \(\| T(t,s)f\|_ B\leq \| f\|_ B\) where b is the base of the cone generating the space V. 3\(\circ\). The function (t,s)\(\to T(t,s)\) is strongly continuous. In the paper we show that for each such a family of evolution operators one can construct a Banach space and one parameter Kossakowski's dynamical semigroup acting in that space. The construction is unambiguous.
