An element \(a\in {\mathbb{R}}^{\infty}\) is the admissible shift for the spherically symmetric Cauchy measure \(\mu\) in \({\mathbb{R}}^{\infty}\) (i.e. the shifted measure \(\mu_ a\) is absolutely continuous with respect to the original one) iff \(a\in \ell_ 2\).
