The author discusses the existence of solutions of a nonlinear integro differential system of transport equations. In particular he considers the system of equations describing a transport process in inhomogeneous distributed media such as nuclear reactors. For a given system of equations a mixed problem is proposed and global stability is discussed under certain conditions on the initial data.
