The group of invariants of an inner function with finite spectrum (Q764964)

In this paper the work by the same authors [Oper. Matrices 3, No. 2, Article ID 17, 271--281 (2009; Zbl 1183.30061)] is approached from an algebraic point of view. Given an inner function \(\theta\) with finitely many singularities on the unit circle \(\mathbb T\), the continuous maps \(g:\mathbb T\to\mathbb T\) with the invariant property \(\theta\circ g=\theta\) are determined and shown to form a group under composition.
