The paper under review consists of five parts. The first one is the introduction where the author gives a short history of the problem. The second one contains definitions of PLB-spaces of holomorphic spaces over the unit disc which are defined by the doubly indexed sequence of weights \((a_{N,n})_{N,n}\). It is assumed that \(a_{N,n+1}\leqslant a_{N,n}\leqslant a_{N+1,n}\) for all indices \(N,n\in\mathbb{N}\). This PLB-space is denoted by \(AH(\mathbb{D})=\text{proj}_N\text{ind}_nHa_{N,n}(\mathbb{D})\). In this section, the author puts also some technical conditions on the weights which are denoted (LOG 1) and (LOG 2). These conditions appeared earlier in [\textit{J. Bonet, M. Engliš} and \textit{J. Taskinen}, Stud. Math. 171, No. 1, 67--92 (2005; Zbl 1082.47027)]. The third section gives another condition on the weights under which \(AH(\mathbb{D})\) becomes ultrabornological or barrelled. Section four deals with interchangeability of the projective and inductive limit. It gives necessary and sufficient conditions under which \(AH(\mathbb{D})=\text{ind}_n\text{proj}_NHa_{N,n}(\mathbb{D})\). These conditions are distinct; therefore in the last section the author puts a bit more restrictive condition on the weights in order to obtain a characterization in this more restrictive situation.
