The authors introduce variants of Weyl's theorem called property \((BR)\) and property \((BgR)\) for bounded linear operators defined on an infinite-dimensional Banach space, and then establish their permanence properties. Among other things, they show that the property \((BgR)\) implies the property \((BR)\), but the converse does not hold in general. Moreover, they study the stability of these properties under perturbations by commuting finite-dimensional, quasi-nilpotent, Riesz, and algebraic operators.
