This paper is concerned with certain uniformly elliptic divergence form operators \(\mathcal{L}\) on open sets \(\Omega \subset \mathbb{R}^{n+1}\) \((n\geq 2)\) which satisfy an interior corkscrew condition and for which \(\partial \Omega \) is \(n\)-dimensional Ahlfors-David regular. The main result says that a quantitative Fatou theorem holds for bounded null solutions of \(\mathcal{L}\) and its adjoint \(\mathcal{L}^{\ast }\) if and only if \(\partial\Omega \) is uniformly rectifiable.
