This paper deals with the Euler system with stochastic forcing considered in the vorticity formulation on the two-dimensional torus. Existence of stationary point vortices solutions is shown using compactness method approximating them by those with finitely many vortices. Also, solutions with white noise marginals are constructed via suitable scaling and central limit type arguments.
