The Teichmüller equivalence class \([f]\) of \(f\) consists of all quasiconformal mappings \(g\) of the unit disk \(D\) such that \(g|\partial D=f|\partial D.\) A mapping \(f\) is called extremal if the maximal dilatation \(K(f)\) satisfies \(K(g)\geq K(f)\) for all \(g\in [f].\) Extending the work of \textit{E. Reich} [in: Quasiconformal mappings and analysis. A collection of papers honoring Frederick W. Gehring to his 70th birthday. Proceedings of the international symposium, Ann Arbor, MI, USA, August 1995. New York, NY: Springer. 321--335 (1998; Zbl 0909.30015)], \textit{Z. Zhou} et al. [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 386, No. 2, 842--847 (2012; Zbl 1237.30006)] proved that in a Teichmüller equivalence class, there exists an extremal quasiconformal mapping with a weakly non-decreasable dilatation. In this paper, the author continues this work and proves that in an infinitesimal equivalence class, there exists a weakly nondecreasable extremal Beltrami differential.
