    Let \(G\) be a Lie super group. Then \((G_0,\mathrm{Lie}(G))\) is a Harish-Chandra pair which defines a functor \(\phi:(\boldsymbol{\mathrm{Lsgrp}})\rightarrow (\boldsymbol{\mathrm{sHCp}})\), where \((\boldsymbol{\mathrm{Lsgrp}})\) and \((\boldsymbol{\mathrm{sHCp}})\) are the category of Lie super groups and super Harish-Chandra pairs respectively. In this paper two functors are defined as the quasi-inverse of \(\phi\), based on the approach given by the global splitting theorem for Lie super groups. First description: Let \(\mathcal{P}:=(G,\mathfrak{g})\) be a super Harish-Chandra pair over a field \(\mathbb{K}\). Define a functor \(G_\mathcal{P}^\circ\) from the category of Weil super algebras, \((\boldsymbol{\mathrm{Wsalg}})\), to the category of groups, \(\boldsymbol{\mathrm{group}}\) as follows. If \(A\in (\boldsymbol{\mathrm{Wsalg}})\), then \(G_\mathcal{P}^\circ(A)\) is a group generated by the elements of the set \[\Gamma_A:=\{g,(1+\eta Y)|g\in G(A), (\eta,Y)\in A_1\times \mathfrak{g}\}=G(A)\cup \{(1+\eta Y)_{(\eta,Y)\in A_1\times \mathfrak{g}}\},\] with relations \[g'\cdot g''=g'\cdot_G g'' ,\qquad (1+\eta Y)\cdot g = g\cdot (1+\eta \mathrm{Ad}(g^{-1})Y),\] \[(1+\eta'' Y)\cdot (1+\eta' Y)= (1_G+\eta'\eta'' Y^{\left\langle 2\right\rangle })_G\cdot (1+(\eta'+\eta'') Y), \qquad (1+\eta 0_{\mathfrak{g}_1})=0\] \[(1+\eta'' Y'')\cdot (1+\eta' Y')=(1_G,\eta'\eta''[Y',Y''])_G\cdot(1+\eta' Y')\cdot(1+\eta'' Y''), \, (1+0_AY)=1,\] \[ (1+\eta Y')\cdot (1+\eta Y'')=(1+\eta(Y'+Y'')),\quad (1+(c\eta)Y)=(1+\eta(cY)).\] Also if \(f:A'\rightarrow A''\) is a morphism in \((\boldsymbol{\mathrm{Wsalg}})\), then put \(G_\mathcal{P}^\circ(f)\) to be a unique group morphism defined by \[G_\mathcal{P}^\circ(f)(g')=G(f)g',\quad G_\mathcal{P}^\circ(f)(1+\eta' Y)=(1+f(\eta')Y).\] Theorem. \(G_\mathcal{P}^\circ\) provides the functor \(\Psi^\circ:(\boldsymbol{\mathrm{sHCp}})\rightarrow (\boldsymbol{\mathrm{Lsgrp}})\) given on objects by \(\mathcal{P}\mapsto \Psi^\circ(\mathcal{P}):= G_\mathcal{P}^\circ\), and on morphisms by \[((\phi,\varphi):\mathcal{P}'\rightarrow \mathcal{P}'')\mapsto \Psi^\circ((\phi,\varphi)):\Psi^\circ(\mathcal{P}')=G_{\mathcal{P}'}^\circ\rightarrow \Psi^\circ(\mathcal{P}'')=G_{\mathcal{P}''}^\circ,\] where \(\Psi^\circ((\phi,\varphi))_A:g'\mapsto\phi(g'), \quad (1+\eta Y')\mapsto (1+\eta\varphi(Y'))\). Second description: Let \(\mathcal{P}:=(G,\mathfrak{g})\in (\boldsymbol{\mathrm{sHCp}})_{\mathbb{K}}\). define the functor \(G_\mathcal{P}^e:(\boldsymbol{\mathrm{Wsalg}})\rightarrow (\boldsymbol{\mathrm{group}})\) as follows. If \(A\in \boldsymbol{\mathrm{Wsalg}}\) define \(G_\mathcal{P}^e(A)\) to be the group generated by the elements of the following set \[\Gamma_A:=\{g,\exp(\mathcal{Y})|g\in G(A), \mathcal{Y}\in A_1\otimes_\mathbb{K} \mathfrak{g}_1\}=G(A)\cup \{\exp(\mathcal{Y})_{\mathcal{Y}\in A_1\otimes_\mathbb{K} \mathfrak{g}_1}\},\] with relations \[g'\cdot g''=g'\cdot_G g'', \qquad \exp(0)=1,\qquad \exp(\mathcal{Y})\cdot g=g\cdot \exp(\mathrm{Ad}(g^{-1})(\mathcal{Y})),\] \[ \exp(\mathcal{Y}')\cdot\exp(\mathcal{Y}'')=\exp(P_0^{d_1}(\mathcal{Y}',\mathcal{Y}''))\cdot \exp(\mathcal{Y}'+\mathcal{Y}''+P_1^{(d_1)}(\mathcal{Y}',\mathcal{Y}'')).\] Also if \(f:A'\rightarrow A''\) is a morphism in \((\boldsymbol{\mathrm{Wsalg}})\), \[G_\mathcal{P}^e(f)(g'):=G(f)(g'),\qquad G_\mathcal{P}^e(f)(\exp(\mathcal{Y})):=\exp(f(\mathcal{Y})).\] Theorem. \(G_\mathcal{P}^e\) provides the functor \(\Psi^e:(\boldsymbol{\mathrm{sHCp}})\rightarrow \boldsymbol{\mathrm{Lsgrp}}\), given on the objects by \(\mathcal{P}\mapsto \Psi^e(\mathcal{P}):=G_\mathcal{P}^e\), and on morphisms by \[((\phi,\varphi):\mathcal{P}'\rightarrow \mathcal{P}'')\mapsto \Psi^e((\phi,\varphi)):\Psi^e(\mathcal{P}')=G_{\mathcal{P}'}^e\rightarrow \Psi^e(\mathcal{P}'')=G_{\mathcal{P}''}^e,\] where \(\Psi^e((\phi,\varphi))_A:g'\mapsto\phi(g'), \quad \exp(\mathcal{Y}')\mapsto \exp(\varphi(\mathcal{Y}'))\). Theorem. \(\Psi^\circ\) and \(\Psi^e\) are quasi-inverse to \(\phi\), so they provide a category equivalence \((\boldsymbol{\mathrm{sHCp}})\cong (\boldsymbol{\mathrm{Lsgrp}})\).
