In this paper the authors consider the problem of translational rotational motions of two spheroidal rigid bodies moving under mutual attractions under the assumptions that the bodies are homogeneous oblate ellipsoids of revolution and that the oblatenesses are small. The equations of motion are expressed with use of Delaunay-Andoyer's canonical variables. Then the conditions for existence of periodic solutions are discussed by using the method of Poincaré.
